Seems odd that it says it's not out until the end of '04 (which may be true in some other European countries though). Other than that, seems pretty genuine to me. Having Nav+ won't add much to the resale value, so perhaps he has bought a Symphony or Concert from eBay for a few hundred dollars and fitted that in to the car before selling it.
