Why so many 3.2 for sale?

Recommended Posts

The 2.5, although common now, was not available as early as the 3.2 (and early 2.5s were manual only) so my guess is that there are simply more V6s around.

That plus I expect more 2.5s were bought as long-term workhorses whereas the 3.2 is more often bought by fickle luxury car buyers who chop and change their cars a lot.

Just my 2p (as a 3.2 owner who was had four different cars in the last three years!)
