Zenyck100
not sure if VW do mudflaps for the R. anyone got any on their R32?? if so any pics. mudguards helped me keep my scooby so much cleaner. getting ever closer to sunday when i pick my R up. the only problem is the weather might just stop me picking it up if the snow and ice is bad. dont wanna tempt fate when i pick it up. R32Ash
I don't have mudflaps. I was looking on ukmkivs a while ago, and some on there had some on. No one had the opinion that they were doing much to keep the car clean though! MK4 Golfs are well known for having a 'dirty bum' when the roads are bad. Luke
Ash, only the 'bum'. I cant tell if my cars still blue or if the alloys are 'salt' white.
helfinger
i don't think they will fit due to the R32 body kit?
R32Ash
[ QUOTE ] i don't think they will fit due to the R32 body kit? [/ QUOTE ] Ah yes.. didn't think of that!. The ones with mudflaps on ukmkivs weren't R32's as it happens I think Luke has a good point actually though, there'll be plenty of s**t on the rest of the car regardless of the mudflaps anyway. Although I suppose it'd be nice to prevent flying stones from the front wheels damaging the sides of the car.
Daemon
Mudflaps? Whatever for? If someone ever produces some for the R32, I'll buy them. Some folks have just been mounting bits of clear or black plastic to the inside of the fenders for winter driving in the US. ian
mooret
Wot?????? No Xenons ????? Looks a little funny without the washers and the two indicator bulbs (standard fit in UK). Great photo, your winter looks just like the ones we have here, only 20 degrees warmer!!!!!!!
