"Audi offer 2 August 2005

AUDI is offering A4 Cabriolet buyers the chance to upgrade to Sport specification at no extra cost, or to S Line trim for a reduced premium.

Until September 30, the Sport trim is available free while the premium for S Line reduces from £1,950 to £1,200. Prices start at £25,390 on-the-road."

Running out the B6 platform I guess?

Without too much pushing I was offered a 1.8T s-line cab with metallic, BOSE and heated front seats for £26k a couple of months ago.

The latest discount brings that down to £25,250 for the s-line, not the sport, so you also gain half leather, aluminium facias and 18" wheels blush.gif

With a bit pushing I reckon you could get the s-line for £25k which is a cracking deal IMO 169144-ok.gif

I guess the 3L will be steep though.

I tell you though - I have still not seen an S-line cab in the flesh, except in a showroom!

I saw an SLine cab in Mauritius last week in MK, looked the business with the RS6 alloys. Have to say that they should have invested in the UBM Bling Pack too, to really set it off properly, ie chrome mirrors, S4 grill etc sekret.gif

Me neither and I've seen 100's of audi cabs.

Guess the s-lines aren't selling well at all NONO3.GIF

Only going off my, ahem, research a couple of months ago, the same spec s-line 3.0 was about £3226 more than the 1.8T s-line OTR after discounts etc

BOSE, heated front seats, metallic paint

1.8T s-line = £26,052

3.0 s-line = £29,278

The new £750 Audi contribution would bring these down to:

1.8T s-line = £25,302

3.0 s-line = £28,528

Edit: for the sport, subtract about £1100 from the above

Sounds like a pretty decent deal to me - just over £24K for a brand new 1.8T Sport! 169144-ok.gif

Hmm, having put down a deposit on Saturday, I got a bit worried when I read this.

But on reflection, the dealer has already knocked off the £750 sport price and given me roughly a 5% discount on top, bringing the total to around £29K for a 1.8T sport. (see my other thread for full specs)

You would need a resolve of steel not to add any options on top of the 25k list price!

You've got a great spec multitronic Walmington at a price that you were happy with.

If the dealer has already chucked in the £750 discount and everyone's happy, then I would sit back and wait for 1st September.

Don't let anyone p1ss on your chips so to speak grin.gif

Mmmmmmm. Atlas grey 123576-assfeck.gif
