Ari
Welcome Sokai! I've had a 1.8T Cabrio since March 03 and I absolutely love them! A superb choice, decent power but with good economy too. What colour and spec have you gone for? I'm guessing it's a Sport as I think they all are now (free upgrade on all Cabrios currently I believe).

Sokai
Oh my...a lot of answers. Thank you all for welcoming me. I ordered Ebonyblack with black top. I don´t know about were you live but here (Sweden) basiclly nothing is standard on the cab except seatheating, Esp and climatecontrol so i had to pick everything myself. Boose sound system, Radio concert with CD, Servotronic, Sportchassi, Sportseats + electronic seats, Yellow leather (CHAV is that what you have in your car?), Parking control front/rear, Xenon, Wood inlays dark walnut, Board computer, Cruise control, Cooler in front (i don´t know what it´s called in english), Armrest and Multifunction steeringwheel. Standard 16 inch wheels but i planning to get me 18´RS4 replicas in the spring. I will post pictures soon as i can and also I CAN`T WAIT FOR TOMORROW. Sokai
Hey everybody. I got my car today, i love it!! It´s better than i was hoping for! Chav I think mine looks just like yours except for the S4 mirrors and grill. Since i don´t know how to put in pictures i will link some: http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/1/web/613000-613999/613971_429_full.jpg http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/1/web/613000-613999/613971_428_full.jpg http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/1/web/613000-613999/613971_431_full.jpg I will take some better looking ones for the gallery when i get 18´rims on it. Ian C: Yes it is. I traded it for the Audi. It was getting old, 2003 V6 Phaeton. Really nice car with wounderful comfort and finish but i really don´t need comfort anymore so why keep it? ;o) Here are some pictures if you are interested: http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/1/web/613000-613999/613971_419_full.jpg http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/1/web/613000-613999/613971_432_full.jpg http://memimage.cardomain.net/member_images/1/web/613000-613999/613971_425_full.jpg

CraigR
Hello and welcome, its a pity every dealership doesn't have these handover area's, makes picking up a new car feel that little bit more special
UBM
Nice motor Sokai! Proabaly a bit cold to enjoy it though where you are - but welly up the heated seats and heating and Robert is your fathers brother....
NewNiceMrMe
Welcome to TSN Sokai and congratulations on your new acquisition. It looks very nice. A few dealers over here (BMW anyway) do have such handover area's but they often utilise them to display a car they want to give extra attention to, rather than a customer handover ready car. That's a shame because I agree with Rachel that it makes the whole collection process that little but more special. My dealers have such an area but the always use it for their 'most special' showroom car. However, they also have an area paved in different coloured bricks outside and roped off with red rope on chromed pillars and that's where they do the car handovers - unless there is more than 1 to do of course in which case you just have to make do with the forecourt! UBM
DO they have a separate bit round the back of the local Maccy D's for the handovers?
