Chav
[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] I have to admit Bub, after watching Top Gear tonight, that's the first B7 I've thought looks cool! I'd still want one in black though! It'd look evil [/ QUOTE ] I'll let you into a little secret Chav......... Promise you wont tell? OK I'd take a black one with silver nappa. I've kept the Avus swirl free for 15 months and if I knew the paint was this hard wearing - I would've had a BLACK S-Line!!! BUB [/ QUOTE ] Fancy de-swirling mine then? I just use water to wash it, unless I've got a spare 5 mins extra in which case its turtle wash+wax stuff. Never done anything else, besides wheel cleaner and tyre blackener. Still looks new though, until you look at it close and see some swirls.. and stone chips etc.

NO I always use a Soap of some kind - the suds will always lift dirt better than plain water IMO. But you do mega mileage Chav , so the car's a credit to you for even looking clean at all!!!! P_G
I don't earn a fortune and neither does Lady P G, but if I could I'd have an RS4. In fact a specced one would just about cover my annual salary. AS for disposable income, after my bills I have enough for a couple of currys, a months worth of Optimax and my S4 payments, don't drink.. much, don't smoke, not a fashion guru; S4, it's my only passion apart from Lady P G Getting rid of her and making an RS4 my only passion... don't tempt me! bravog
Lat time I bought the car of my dreams (S2 Avant)... I promptly changed job for less money (better in the long run )... bought an old house that needed done up ... had a huge tax bill ... got married ... and hence ended up selling the car for a huge loss after 12 months to pay for a kitchen/bathroom/tax/wedding/honeymoon You never know whats round the corner, probably But as a lesson from that I shall not be so extravagant again. Pick how much your willing to loose each month and buy accordingly - no RS4 for me. Maybe a 3.2 FSI or 2.0T FSI though... but the 50mpg from the 1.9Tdi makes me smile, even if the driving experience is a bit sometimes.
