I just called Liverpool Audi and they wouldn't let me order them over the phone. In fact, they were very abrupt and keen to know why I wanted them. They said I had to go to them in person and pay for the item at time of order. I offered to pay over the phone and reminded them it was only £10 or so, but they weren't interested. Apparently, they had £4500 fraudulent order just before Christmas.

I don't blame the dealer for introducing procedures to prevent fraudulent orders, but when it's for something that costs less than £10? A little common sense please!

I don't go into Liverpool city centre that often, so it will mean making a trip especially. More an inconvenience than anything else.

Why not phone another dealer and get them to post it to you?

I'll be doing this as well 169144-ok.gif

I think I've been infected with the bling bug via my PC; first new pedals and now this UHOH7.GIF

I took mine apart to see how easy it would be using Ben's guide - literally 5 minutes to dismantle and then put it back together. Allowing time to drill the holes and fit the lights, I reckon 15 minutes tops could see the job done 169144-ok.gif

All I need now is for someone to do the rears.....*cough* Bub *cough* grin.gif

Same here. I have spent a lot of money since I started using this forum. Re-Map, Interior lighting, ordered the RS4 rear ARB yesterday too. Probably will do pedals and mirrors too. That's nearly a grand already!
