fjfr
/yawns It's an old Sharan. It's not a brand new W12 phaeton. You had the car for one day. Get over it!
Chav
[ QUOTE ] i know but surely the shouldnt give a 1.2 Polo to someone that drives a car that cost over 26 grand. Audi or BMW would never do it! [/ QUOTE ] Sorry to say mate, it happens everywhere and especially at Audi dealers. I've found the service at Chester Audi to be very good though... They dropped me off and picked me up once when they had no courtesy cars avail on the day I wanted my cab servicing, etc.

Bounce
At VW here your waiting about 2 weeks to get a slot with a loan car imagine how long it would be if everyone wanted cars that are the same or better than there own!
garcon magnifique
It might have cost you 26 grand Alistair, but a) it's now worth about 4 grand, and b) it's a feckin minibus. Golf Plus would seem to me to be a very reasonable courtesy car - they've obviously realised that having a Sharan you need the extra room. If they had a fleet of equivalent cars available for courtesy use, their service bills would be even more extortionate than they are already.
