I do prefer more simple wheels generally, the 18" wheels you get on the S-Line at the moment (5 arm?) are one of my favourite wheels on any car. Can't you have them on the SE? They shouldn't be too difficult to clean.

The Five Arms are the best looking Audi wheel at the moment IMO. They are also very easy to clean, you can clean the whole wheel inside and out without removing it! laugh.gif

I'm 800 miles in and they are bloody awful. Washed it last night and even after a 20 mile round trip to work and back, they are already looking grey rather than silver (which I actually prefer I might add!). I need to investigate which alloy cleaner to empoy on these bad boys....

I'm 1000 miles in on my Sp Ed and I'm starting to regret not changing them to the 5 arm. Somehow they look smaller than 18" and are an absolute b****** to clean. Couple that with the high front suspension - it does not a good looking car make.

Yeah I agree with that - why do they look so small confused.gif

Re cleaning - Virosol followed by heavy use of the power washer does it in < 5 mins per wheel.....

Just as soon as i wear my tyres down I think I'm gonna change mine for something different.....
