corky
I'd like to fit a bluetook car kit to my D2 , but most of them seem to connect in line with the ISO connection. I'm assuming that these kits have relays , and switch off the high level output , and switch in the phone output. Presumably the concert provides low level outputs on it's iso connector which is then amplified, and I guess the amplifiers might not appreciate this ... Any advice on kits that work , or mods that I could do to get them to work ? thanks 98 4.2Q sport , phatnoise and LPG , otherwise bog std !! DaveP
Apparently there is a lead that will make it work, off the top of my head it is something like £40. siocommunications do them. Or you can just stick a speaker somewhere (in the little cubby hole under the steering column on an A6) and just connect up the tel mute lead. craigyb
All the Parrot CK3xxx kits come with all the leads you need for tel mute and feeding the speaker into the stereo of your A8/S8, no need to worry about BOSE etc, it all works perfectly. Just 3 connections, mute, tel+ and tel- on the back of the HU and your sorted. Craig
