Lorcan
Ok, so I've bought this Mk4 Golf. It's fine, bit of an unusual colour, gold, but that's ok. It's got air con, an electric sunroof, and it goes ok (for a car, I'm into bikes really). It plays tunes on the front tyres round roundabouts too, which is nice. BUT, even though there is a bracket and a cable for a CD changer in the boot, there's no changer. Now I'm going to hazard a guess that there was one once, seeing as one of the two locating screws has been removed, and I see they are all over ebay (the changers, not the screws). What I want to know is....why the feck do people do this? Take a part of the car off and sell it separately, forcing the buyer to source the very same part just to return it to standard form? Hey why not take the back seats out and sell them too? I mean, for fifty quid, WHY feckin BOTHER? /Rant off
Hudster
didn't you notice this when you bought it... you should have knocked fifty quid off the asking price
Lorcan
I did. Not the point though is it. It's like people who take the lightbulbs with them when they sell their house.
Wobby
Its a pointless post. You bought the car and saw what was missing. You either buy it as it is for the price they want or you knock the price down to compensate. My guess, you knocked the price down so they decided to recover some of there loses and pull bits off to sell.
