A Touch of Zymol.

As I had the windows tinted today and they got all sorts of liqiuds down the side of it I thought I would have a mini detailing session and put some zymol on it.

Once washed using the 2 bucket method with grit gaurds I used my water filter on it and went and had a cup of tea! When I came back it was nigh on dry so used a waffle weave microfibre to clear the last of the water up.

I then used Zymol HD Cleanse first and followed this with Zymol Concours (This smells lovely) After it was buffed off I put some Poorboys bold n bright on the tyres and finally polished the glass outside with Einszett Glass Polish.

Only a few pics as I was not intending posting and it was getting dark!

Didnt come out too bad huh smile.gif

Ever thought about getting involved in car care for a living? wink.gif

That dark blue looks fantastic.

Had a test drive in one that colour before we decided on Steel Grey. It was covered in sh1t at the time, so didn't realise how good it can look.

Now if it had been clean.......

Ah well, I tried with the free offer...

Anyway, Johnnyopolis, I've just put through an order for a new tub of Pinnacle Souveran and 2 x sponge applicators (good to see the TSN code still works so I guess I shouldn't moan too much!). wink.gif

If you want to throw in any freebie sealant whilst you're at it, I have no objection. grin.gifwink.gif

I had a look at the Zymol Titanium Glaze whilst I was on your site and noted that it says it was specifically developed for Vans & Trucks! Now I know a few things have been said about the Golf GTi but isn't that stretching it a bit far? yelrotflmao.gif

Presumably it's because you wanted the longer lasting qualities of it?

I considered it for a while but then decided to stick with what I know (being an old 'stick in the mud' type of guy!).

But I used "Concours" confused.gif

Titanium is designed for the SUV/4x4 Market as its meant to be really durable...

Carbon is designed to work with dark coloured cars as well as reds etc, a bit like Pinnacle Souveran.

Concours is designed for Shows etc, hence why I used it...

All of these products I would use with HD Cleanse first.

Thanks for the order smile.gif

Free sealants!! I wish I could frown.gif

Aha!!!!!!!!!! Thats where I got it from!!!!!!!

So why did he use that stuff on a CSL if it's for Vans & Trucks?

It may be beacuse he wanted durabilty? Its also good value for money...

It also gives a great shine..!

I just love my concours and enjoy smothering it all over my car...!

Cheers,
