PetrolDave
Remove the two screws at the bottom of the door and slide the trims front/back (can't remember which) to release them from the clips. Replacing one on my S4 when I "modified" it on the gate post took less than a minute.

TDiAvant
Here are the notes, from the document Warning.... Outer sill panel trim cannot be removed without destroying it. – Heat sill moulding with hot-air blower and lift off carefully. – Clean area to be bonded with petrol, treat with silicone remover and rub dry. - Sill mouldings are only to be bonded on at room temperature. - This involves allowing vehicle and sill mouldings to adjust to ambient temperature for at least 2 hours prior to performing work. - Once the backing foil has been removed, the protective moulding must be fitted on the vehicle within 90 minutes. – Heat areas to be bonded with a hot-air blower to approx. 40°C. – Detach backing from double-sided adhesive tape shortly before fitting. – Clip in and press on sill moulding. - Vehicle must be kept at ambient temperature for 4 hours after bonding on moulding. PetrolDave
[ QUOTE ] 2 SCREWS?? [/ QUOTE ] My bad. Shows why you shouldn't do something in a rush just before you leave work. I answered how to remove the blades from the bottom of the door, not the sill trims - I didn't read your post properly
