It's dark very early and when the sun is out it tends to be very low. Added to this the greasy roads and the fact that its a lot harder to get the tyres up to temp. makes it a time of year i'd rather avoid being on a bike. Hudson Posted January 31, 2007 Report Share Posted January 31, 2007 I have not long passed my DAS and have been thinking of going on a Bikesafe course, there is not one in Manchester (god only knows why !) so will have to ''mooch'' over the Cheshire.
