This is a rant, it's not supposed to be rational. I ordered a new camera this morning and opted for Ebuyer's free delivery option. This requires the selection of the 'Delivery within 5 working days' option - their slowest method. I've used this option several times, even before it was free, as I hate paying for delivery. But every time it's the same - they still deliver the parcel with a next day courier service. It seems all they do is sit on the order for 3 days, send out on the 4th for delivery on the 5th. But somehow I don't think Ebuyer will entertain a complaint, mainly due to the fact they've never been very good when I've complained in the past and also because delivery was free.
