Mitchet
[ QUOTE ] If you don't fit the self levelling unit and the wash wipe system then you will constantly be getting flashed from other oncomming drivers who will think you are driving around with your main beam on. [/ QUOTE ] I know where you're coming from, but I think that's a broad comment. I've had retrofit xenon's fitted for over 18 months, and not had a single person flash me. I've done several tests to see if they're blinding oncoming drivers and they're actually better than some factory fit installations. I have however seen some chav's in Escorts who have retrofitted xenons and they do blind you! incidentally, my car went into Audi last week for it's firsty MOT (with the xenons fitted), and it passed first time. kemthongminh
Hi Guys, Good news that I have retrofited the Bi xenon Headlights and they work fine. They although need more energy to power up and the engine starts up ('cause I haven't done the recoding yet). Bad news is I don't know why the xenon headlights don't level up and down, turn left or right when we power them up. I can't even adjust the up and down level when I manually use the controller in the car. Has anyone experienced this before? Would you guys please advise me? Beside, the highbeam is a bit weird, it only work when we don't turn the lights on, if we do, they will stay the same at low beam level. shark_90
I imagine they don't go up and down or left and right because there's no control module connected to them telling them to do so.
TDiAvant
Again, no one has done this retrofit, you going to have to figure out the correct coding and modules to go into your car.
